Return Policy

You may register a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This return period includes the statutory 14-day cooling-off period and therefore provides you with an additional return option.

To use our additional 30-day return period, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and, where applicable, with the original labels and packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, except when the item was damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Check your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items may be returned within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. Our additional return period of up to 30 days does not apply to sale items.

Gift cards cannot be returned, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Statutory Cooling-Off Period within the European Union

When you place an order online as a consumer, in most cases you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.

After notifying us within this period that you are withdrawing from your purchase, you must return the goods within the statutory period.

You may examine and assess the item as you reasonably would in a shop. You may be liable for any reduction in value if the item has been used beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

This provision does not limit any statutory consumer right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If the return meets the conditions, we will process the refund within five business days via the original payment method.

In the valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded, insofar as legally required. Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded.
